Location is between Wanaka and the airport, only a minute or two drive to the lavender farm. The unit is attached to our shed, it has 1 bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with excellent indoor outdoor flow. So quiet and peaceful We have Sheep , and a lovely friendly cat, Boo . He is orange and 15 years old , loves people and may come and visit you Please note, fencing is sheep fencing only so children will need to be supervised when outside - thanks

Maori Point cottage is nestled in our vineyard, 30km from Wanaka , with spectacular mountain views and access to the Clutha riverbank for walks or picnics. Warm in winter with underfloor heating and fireplace, the living areas include a full cook's kitchen which opens onto a verandah, lawn & native garden. The large upstairs bedroom has king bed and mountain views, downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with garden outlook. A quiet peaceful environment, and a good base for exploring.

This unique accommodation is only 5 minutes drive (5km) from Wanaka township, and is the perfect place to relax, or use as a base for some Wanaka “adventures”. All rooms look out onto a private garden area with views of the mountains. The barn is situated close to the paddocks so you will enjoy seeing the sheep, lambs, and calf wandering by.
