The Luccio shore house is detached on the lake promenade (free for neighbors). Directly across the street a staircase leads into the lake. Ideal for relaxing and bathing, but also undisturbed work. 120 sqm over two floors are surrounded by over 700 sqm of garden with sunbathing area, shade-giving trees and barbecue. From the terrace on the 1st floor you have a wide view of the lake. On the same property is the shore house Pescatore, a rustico, which can be booked for up to 2 people.
