Lots of room to roam, walk a dog, keep a boat, horse, fish two ponds with bass. 8 miles from Lufkin or Diaboll, 7 miles from Angelina College. 20 minutes from Sam Rayburn. New two-bedroom country cottage. The property is very clear with lots of room. Events could be hosted "on the farm"! Wedding, Large Picknicks, RVs can park with full hookup 30 AMP and 50 AMP available and 110 plugins

It has two seating areas outside, one is covered and one under the stars and ambience lights around firepit. There is two grills provided, one gas and one charcoal to suit you. This listing is for the bottom unit which has a bedroom/living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The washer and dryer is shared in a separate shed space downstairs. Each unit has its own entrance.
