This fact is confirmed by the discovery, during the construction of the resort, of traces of two settlements that functioned here in prehistoric times. Hof Sandsee is located in the forest area Puszcza Notecka. Pine forests alternate here with the riverside views of the Warte and the rolling hills of the lake landscape. 120 km from Berlin in the Wartamündung National Park and the bird republic you will find this house. It stands on a large farm on which we also live. This unique place has a style all its own. The house is an open gallery house. There are no closed rooms except for the bathroom. The house is heated by a fireplace in the cold season. The glazed terrace catches the sun's rays from spring to fall and is often used.

Our cottage is located in the middle of a pine forest, away from the hustle and bustle. It is a great escape from city life for us, which is why we love to spend time in it, especially mornings on the terrace with a cup of hot coffee in our hands. Hence the idea to make the cottage available to people who, who, as we do, appreciate this place, its peace and quiet.
