For families with a baby, there is a foldable crib. The bedroom is quiet and has a terrace with a coffee corner. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed and a 65" smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with first-class appliances (Gorenje, Bosch), a coffee machine (Nespreso) and everything our guests need. For the bathroom, we have Grohe equipment, and the shower is thermostatic.

Convenient, Central Seaside Location!

Cozy, family-oriented place, mainly used from my friends. Whenever it's available, I let this, very personal, project to my future friends. I have made this place for my comfort. It's all natural, with environmentally-friendly materials and a 'safe guard' electricity auto protection. It is the only apartment on the 4th floor, no elevator! In winter you can seen Black Sea through the Sea Garden from the window. 5 min walk to the beach and so to the main street.
