We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnik Landscape Park.

There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, a sauna, a barn and a garden with a tub, hammocks, and a fire pit. Included with your stay – breakfast with local products. A great base for Świeradów-Zdrój, Czech Republic and Germany. This space is created for lounging, cooking together, long talks over wine, and quiet moments.

Lavender Apartment

A cozy and comfortable apartment with a kitchenette and direct access to the orchard. The pastel interior design and white clay plasters delight with their simplicity and unique character. The whole thing squeezed with the color of lavender flowers. The clay plasters we found regulate humidity and temperature and make the room breathe and have a friendly microclimate in the room, and the air is clean. It's perfect for those with allergies.

The agritourism offers double and family rooms with bathrooms and access to a spacious kitchen with a dining area and a seating area.
