Beautiful apartment with fireplace on the beach

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of Villa Mariposa on the beach. A private parking space will be at your disposal in the private courtyard of the Villa as well as a beach cabin. The apartment consists of a living room with 2 windows overlooking the sea. This room is furnished with a fireplace in perfect working order, two linen benches from the Flamant brand, and a convertible sofa (excellent sleeping quality and easy opening). The Dining Room is furnished with a nice round table of the Flamant brand, with 6 armchairs, and has 2 windows with sea view, and is furnished with a convertible sofa. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, glass plates, oven, fridge and freezer, nespresso coffee maker (capsules provided). The room is furnished with a custom bed of 155 x 200 cm, led reading lights, and a TV screen on the wall. This room is furnished in a cocooning spirit. It has two windows with sea view. A nice marble bathroom, separate toilet, closets. Exceptional sea view. Unlimited high-speed WiFi, TV and vod access player. Connected radiators to allow you to adjust the temperature of the accommodation (smartphone application) before your arrival. Have a nice stay in Trouville;-) Unlimited high-speed WiFi, TV and DVD player, channel +, vod access. I am available and regularly on site. My maid lives a few steps from the apartment A few meters from the sea, but also a stone's throw from the shops of the rue des bains, the fish market and excellent restaurants, this apartment enjoys an exceptional and popular location. Outdoor parking space adjoining the Apartment In order to make your stay exceptional, I will recommend a special sports coach, the best places to find as well as secret places.

Exceptional sea view, right by the water. Les Planches de Deauville, just 500 meters away. Rated accommodation, in absolute tranquility with a preserved environment, classified coastal site, halfway between Deauville and Trouville. This 2-room apartment has a panoramic view of Trouville Beach, View of the lock, with boats passing in front of you. You will dream lulled by the sound of the sea, birdsong and seagulls. Very quiet residence, and free parking in the marinas.

You can park your car next to the cabin. Nightly rental (except July August 2 nights minimum)
