Access to the motorway from Maungaraki, 15-20 mins to the ferry and Wellington CBD or 5 mins into the Hutt from Normandale (we are 3 mins up the hill). Tea/coffee facilities are available, 44L mini fridge, microwave and a 49" TV w/ Netflix, & Wi-Fi. We have an excitable border collie and Birman cat, so pet lovers would be ideal. Parking is available in our driveway.

Beautiful quiet "tiny house" garden retreat with mezzanine sleeping loft; very simple but warm and cosy. Carpeted, insulated and double glazed. Sleeps two upstairs on two single mattresses. You need to be agile enough to climb the ladder to the sleeping loft. Own shower and toilet a few metres from the cabin. Heater, kettle, fridge, microwave, toaster and basin in cabin. Wifi. Simple breakfast ingredients and hot drinks provided.
