Beat the heat! Comfy 1200 sq ft dehumidified basement flat. 300m walk to World's Highest Tides beach. Netflix/YouTube TV. Comfy beds, nice shower. Linens usually dried in the tidal breeze. Mature gardens to explore. Incorrect number of guests and wild partying are not tolerated. Pets are welcome but not on beds. It's a very rural seasonal house 300m from breezy tidal bay, kept as clean as possible. Great drinking water. Right now we have baby barn swallows!

Private 'half' of a very old farmhouse overlooking the Bay of Fundy. Ideal as a quiet getaway surrounded by natural beauty. (Host lives in the other half.)
