Unique beach house with a splendid seaview, infinity pool( heated) and hot tub with sea view in the village Jadranovo, quiet and beautiful part of Crikvenica Riviera. In the perfect location, just a few stairs away from the beach, 30min bike ride(bikes included) or an even quicker car ride from center of Crikvenica. This house is animal friendly and they are allowed with extra fee. Enjoy private atmosphere few stairs from sea and short drive from city noise.

This wonderful place , owned by the same family for more than 200 years, can only be described as majestic , tranquil and breathtakingly beautiful. The enormous windows allow incredible views down the Mirna valley whose steep hills opposite hold the village of Kaldir to the S.W. and perched on its' fairytale location to the South, the small fortified town of Motovun. Olive Garden

The house is situated in 10 000 m2 olive tree field, that is only for the guests. It is a 100 years old mediteranean bergerie completely renovated few years ago. As it is situated at the top of the stone terraces, it offers a breathtaking view over the Kvarner bay, islands Cres and Krk. The house is not far from the sea, but as it is very uphill, it is easier to go with the car.
