The largest studio in the Gateway Bldg. at 650 square feet. It's a short walk to River Run Village or Mountain House. Swim in the pool, soak in the hot tub, pop into the cafe across the hall for breakfast or lunch, or simply relax in the oversized studio unit which offers a gas fireplace, a queen bunk bed (4 people), and a sofa-bed. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath "mountain escape" condo has panoramic glass patio doors with an unobstructed view looking out over Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. You can even see Dillon Marina from the patio, with sailboats docked all summer long. With a recently remodeled kitchen, cozy couches near our gas fireplace, table seating for 6 and breakfast bar seating for 3. You're welcome to use our assigned garage space, an additional parking spot and have in-unit ski storage.
