At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

My place is near Peace Museum, and not far from Castle and city center. Easy to use public transportation to commute from Airport or Train station. You'll love the garden and the warm atmosphere of this typical house. Proche des Mémorial de la Paix, Chateau de Caen, et Centre ville. the small country house is a new and warm house without any overlooking, completely independent (small fully enclosed garden, terrace and private parking). it is located at the end of a small wooded path. the environment is very quiet and relaxing. close to Suisse Normande, this hilly place is ideal for walks in the countryside, in the forest (Grimboscq forest 3 km away) or along the Orne, whether on foot or by bike.
