The floor is parquet renovated, in some places it has a small crack. The house is 7 km away from Chalkida. Enjoy the sunset from the garden of the house, which is one of the most beautiful you can see. You can relax on winter days by the fireplace by the fireplace watching the sea changes.

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida, half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away (11 km). You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (minimum depth 1.2m maximum depth 2m). A car is necessary. The apartment is located in a central part of the city, with all kinds of shops around but mostly very close to organized beaches with beach bars and tavernas. The nearest is "Kourendi" (at a distance of 150 m.) Τhe Bus station is located 30 m. away from the building! Come....and you will enjoy a wonderful experience of staying in a safe, clean, bright and positive place!
