A mini-small studio that has everything you need to be happy in the smallest of spaces. If you want to spend your Ticino vacation independently and cheaply, this is the place. An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

Casa Cincilla above Lake Maggiore

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

Not far from the bathing area of Merisg (Maggia river), from the patrician golf and from typical grottos and first-class restaurants. One minute on foot from the bus line 7 for Locarno (Canaa stop) and five minutes from line 1 for Ascona (Sottochiesa stop). Three minutes from line B324 for Onsernone Valley (Arbigo stop).

The house is located in the quiet old town of Losone San Giorgio. Enjoy the wonderful Ticino atmosphere and the hospitality of the Bertola's. From here, in a few moments by bike, you can reach Locarno with its famous Piazza or the lakefront of Ascona, where you can enjoy aperitifs and dinners.

Apartment with garden

The 3 , 1/5 room apartment ( non-smoking ) with about 100 square meters is centrally located about 200 meters to public transport ( bus ) and about 500 meters to the shopping center. In Losone there are, among other things, many good grottos see TripAdvisor..... Ascona with its cozy restaurants and aperitifs options right on the lake and Locarno are easily and quickly accessible.

Cozy and central flat in Losone

The apartment is located on the raised ground floor. Very bright and welcoming. Equipped kitchen. Nespresso coffee machine with 10 free capsules available. Garden shared with the owners. Hammock and grill usable. Situation: the apartment is located in a very quiet area; public transport and supermarkets just a few minutes away. The village of Ascona is a 15/20 minute walk away.
