The house is located in a quiet area with a rural atmosphere but with the advantage of being only 15 minutes away from the beach. Flawless bright villa of two floors, minimalist decoration with garden and pool. On the first floor you will find the living room, kitchen, pantry and a bathroom. Everything looking out to the terrace, garden and pool. You can enjoy a barbacue with a view to el Teide and the sea. There is enough space for 3 cars in the garaje. On the top floor there are 3 double bedrooms, one of them with bathroom ensuite, 2 bathrooms and a wolderful terrace with a great view!
