Our apartment with 85 m² of living space is located in Bacharach, in the tranquil and cozy district of Medenscheid. Medenscheid offers you a breathtaking view down into the Middle Rhine Valley, more precisely of the medieval town of Bacharach. Enjoy the tranquility and relaxed atmosphere of our village. You have excellent opportunities for hiking, enjoying and lingering, strolling in Bacharach on the banks of the Poesie or hiking extensively around Medenscheid.

Torhaus in Kemel

The open studio apartment in the gatehouse is part of an extended courtyard from the 17th century. century. Old woods and exposed half-timbering are surrounded by rose bushes and a beautiful garden. When furnishing, we placed great emphasis on sustainability. Existing things were rebuilt and reworked. Most of the lights, textiles and pictures come from our studio. This gives the open architecture its special style as well as its friendly and unique character.

Über den angrenzenden Balkon besteht ein direkter Blick auf den Rhein, die Burg Maus und die Burg Rheinfels. Die Küche, sowie das Bad und Gäste-WC sind voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Smart-TV.

Das Cottage (ca. 70qm) ist ein umgebauter Stall und steht unter Denkmalschutz. Es ist umgeben von Weinbergen, Weingütern, Restaurants und nur 5 Gehminuten zum Rhein. Grundsätzlich ist es nur für 2 Personen geeignet. Das Cottage ist komplett ausgestattet wie z.B. Waschmaschine/Trockner, Sodastreamer, internetfähiges TV, WLAN, Loungemöbel auf der Terrasse und viele Extras. Haustiere sind herzlich willkommen :-)
