This house is situated in a pleasant residential area on the outskirts of town. A cozy apartment in the basement is an ideal "anchor place" for one-two people. High in the north, located on the Schlei and only minutes away from Schlei or Baltic Sea beach, the municipality of Rieseby forms the center of the Schwansen peninsula. Charming, quiet, bright, small apartment with terrace and garden for two people. 1 bedroom with double bed (1.80 m x 2 m), living/dining room (with sofa bed 1.60 m x 2 m), kitchen and bathroom. Private entrance. Harbour in 3 minutes, to the beach in 10 minutes., shopping (including organic shop) in 5 minutes. Squirrel station around the corner. Nature hiking trail (Noorwanderweg) by the house. The apartment has NO TV and no wardrobe. WiFi is available.

The lovingly furnished apartment with separate entrance has a double bed, a small dining area, a cozy sofa and TV corner. 800 meters away are a beautiful natural beach with cliffs and a lively beach section with promenade, restaurants, toilets, and a surf school. Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

The apartment is located at the end of a street. The large garden invites you to barbecue and relax. A seating area and garden loungers are available for our guests. For children, there is a swing and slide in the garden. The nearest shops are in Kappeln and Süderbrarup, both about 6 km away. The Schlei (5 km) and Baltic Sea (15 km) are also within easy reach. The area offers many opportunities for activities for young and old.

Enjoy the simple life at this quiet and centrally located home. We rent out our beautiful, newly renovated studio with its own south terrace and separate access. It is ideally suited to explore Kiel and the surrounding area. The many beautiful beaches are not far away and the Olympiazentrum in Schilksee can also be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.

"HOF-LOGIS" in the old town

The small but fine apartment HOF-LOGIS accommodates two people right in the old town of Eckernförde. From there you are a minute's walk to the beach, harbor or directly in the city center, where the small shops of Eckernförde await you. If you travel by bike, you can store it safely and dry in the bike port directly at the apartment.

The cozy duplex apartment was furnished in the winter of 2020. It is only 50 meters from the beach. It is only about 100 meters to the harbor and downtown. So you are right in the quiet center of the Baltic Sea resort Eckernförde with a free parking space in parking garage Jungfernstieg 108.
