Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Next to Lake Gissen outside Vimmerby is this newly built villa. By car you can reach Astrid Lindgren's World in 10 minutes and within walking distance of 1km is the popular Tobo Golf Club with food service. Private beach with grass 50 meters from the house and shallow sandy beach 1 km away. Discover the lovely viewpoint next to the knot, take a jog on the running track or a swim in the lake. This is the place to relax after an intense day with all the lovely characters at Pippiland.

History: Our farm was built in the early 1900s by Caroline's great-grandfather Erik. Our residential house was built in 1908, the following years the rest of the buildings. In 1925, the small cottage was used as a small farmhand's house, while the upper floor and the part where the kitchen is now was storage and a granary. In the early 1980s, it was converted into a residence, then by Caroline's grandfather Nils. Enjoy a large garden, cozy cottage only 80 meters from the beach.

Mysig stuga uthyres i lantlig miljö i de småländska skogarna. Stugan ligger på en mindre gård där det finns bland annat får och höns. Det finns möjligheten att köpa både honung och ägg från gården. I närheten finns Vimmerby, 40 minuter med bil, där Astrid Lindgrens värld är ett populärt resmål. Det finns möjlighet att hyra sängkläder 100 kr/ säng och handdukar 50 kr/ handduksset. Hyresgästen städer själv vid utcheckning. Tjänsten går att köpa för 1000 kr.

Our house is a former farmhouse, renovated into a modern house with charm, it is suitable for groups of up to 8 people. There is a large garden, barbecue, outdoor furniture and a covered terrace. Private swimming area with jetty and barbecue area by the lake (about 300 meters from the house), rowboat and private fishing.
