Peaceful private annexe with far-reaching views

The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.

It is nestled in a lovely rural setting, with beautiful walks from the house, pubs and village amenities within walking distance. Detached, comfortable and self-contained annex for one person or a couple, in quiet surroundings with parking. Light, modern and airy. Easy reach of historic and natural beauty. Andover station 1.5 miles, London 1hr by train. Easy access A303/M3. I use this as a workspace and spare space for family when they visit, but also rent it out on Airbnb from time to time.
