Charming guest house in stunning wooded valley

Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - waiting to be walked or cycled. It sleeps two at mezzanine level (+ has a travel cot), an open plan kitchen and cosy living area + bathroom with bath and shower. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.

Little Pippins - Cotswold Staycation.

A unique one bedroom detached stone cottage built in 1807, with far reaching views over the historic village of Avening to Gatcombe Wood. The recently refurbished house, with log burning stove, south facing lounge/kitchen/dining room, bedroom, en-suite and dry stone walled courtyard garden, will provide a cosy retreat. The cottage is available with a super king size bed. Alternatively, twin beds with prior notice. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave.

A Grade II listed 2-bedroom cottage, in a charming Cotswolds area, steeped in history and character, with original windows, traditional flagstone flooring, stone walls, oak beams and a fireplace. All rooms have lovely little window seats. Enjoy your own orchard at the end of the garden, perfect for a BBQ or picnic. The Cottage also includes free off-street parking. We love the local walks, views and the quintessential little Cotswolds high street only minutes walk from the cottage.

Relax at this unique and tranquil getaway in the beautiful South Cotswolds. The Annexe is a separate dwelling next to an architecturally award winning contemporary house located in a quiet village. The larch clad property has an industrial, boho meets the Cotswold vibe with its own private wild flower garden, perfect for alfresco dining. Excellent location for walking, running and cycling. Close to the beautiful town of Cirencester, idyllic picturesque villages and gastro pubs galore!

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

The best of both worlds - all the thrills of a town, but a stones throw from the beautiful countryside. Perfectly located to explore both the North and South Cotswolds, you really will have it all when staying at this centrally-located cottage! A cute, cosy cottage centrally located in the pretty Cotswold town of Nailsworth, known for its array of boutique shops and restaurants. Yet just three minutes walk away we have beautiful walks through fields and woodlands and over streams!

Apple Tree Cottage is an airy, yet cosy 1 bed studio cottage. Great base for exploring Cotswolds. Many local hiking opportunities. Great views from upstairs, lovely private patio. Free off-street parking. Upstairs, beamed living/bedroom with comfy double bed, Smart TV& WiFi. Downstairs, well equipped kitchen-diner, shower room/toilet. 10-15min walk to Nailsworth centre with many eateries. Unfortunately unsuitable for those with mobility issues due to stairs/low pitched ceiling.

The Cottage is now open again, following a major extension project. A stylish spacious Cotswold stone cottage with open plan kitchen dining living space, wood burning stove and 3 bedrooms. Main bedroom has French doors overlooking Cotswold countryside and enjoys the morning sun. The bedroom opens onto a spacious luxury en-suite bathroom with large shower and separate bath. There are two further bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of which has an en suite shower room.

We are within easy walking distance of the vibrant town of Nailsworth, as well as Amberley and Minchinhampton Common, with short drives to Cirencester, Cheltenham, Stroud, Tetbury, Bath, Badminton and Gatcombe. Tucked away in a remote spot over looking the Golden Valley , this peaceful retreat is the ideal place for your weekend getaway . Only 2 hours from London Spring Cabin is quiet and secluded with the countryside on your doorstep. The cabin is attached to the hosts property so is not entirely self contained but has a fridge , toaster and kettle for your basic needs . There is an outside lounge area with barbeque and fire pit for romantic evenings watching the stars .

The Snug

The Snug is a 100 year old Cotswold stone carpenter's barn recently refurbished to create a comfortable en-suite studio room. Featuring a beautifully restored exposed Cotswold stone wall, it has bags of charm and is perfectly located for rambling and enjoying nature in the beautiful Cotswold countryside. Close to many places of interest, quaint villages and country pubs with open fires, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
