The cottage is in stoke sub hamdon Ham Hill is a 390 acres country park centred on a huge Iron Age hill fort. which is popular for picnicking, walking and mountain biking, situated at he top of ham hill is the Prince of Wales Pub which is dog friendly. The Jurassic coast is from 40 minutes by car. West bay, Lyme Regis.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome with no fee, please get in touch if you have more than 2 dogs. There are no other dogs on the premises. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.

It is a roomy conversion and can also be rented as a 4 bed. The very comfortable king size bed has an ensuite shower, with power and rainfall shower. There is plenty of outside space and a gas BBQ for your use. There are also bicycles and an all weather tennis courts guest can use, please ask.
