Come hang out at the River House.   The property has a  private feel and is on the Great Columbia River.  In Back of home is the Warrenton river walk . PET free- due to the co-occupant has pet allergies or other health issues exacerbated by pets. The guesthouse has 3 bedrooms and one bath, a loft with a view of Willapa Bay and a large back garden area with a fire pit and barbecue along with herbs and berries for your use. The Guesthouse overlooks a beautiful meadow that is often visited by deer, elk, heron and eagles. Both the beach and Leadbetter are 5 minute drives from Oysterville.

There is a sleeper sofa in the rumpus room, however it's not zoned as a bedroom. Plenty of parking available, with a car charger and direct beach access. No pets permitted and absolutely no cleaning of clams inside the house.
