Our recently renovated front patio comes equipped with an outdoor charcoal grill, gas fire pit, lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining table. *Outdoor patio hours are from 9am - 10pm *Only guests under the reservation are allowed to use the front patio. No parties or events are allowed *Strict quiet time after 10pm sharp *Guests are required to clean-up after themselves when using the front patio & grill We respect the privacy of our guests but are only a phone call or text message away! The cottage is nestled in the quieter, residential area of Belmont Shore and close to Bay Shore Beach. The town’s main street, 2nd Street, is a short walk away with buzzing restaurants, coffee shops, and small boutiques. - Like many other Belmont Shore units, there is no central a/c. However, we have included one portable a/c in the space to be used should it get warm. - There is on-site parking for small to medium-sized vehicles. - There is a shared laundry in the back of the unit ($1.50 each for washer and dryer, please bring quarters). Detergent and fabric softener is provided. - Our unit is equipped with a SmarTV, cable, and Netflix. - The master bedroom includes a new, queen-sized Simmons Beautyrest mattress. - For parents of small children, we provide a Graco pack n’ play, crib sheets, high chair, toddler cups, plates, utensils, and a sound machine.

Prepare meals in a gourmet subway-tiled kitchen, complete with stainless Frigidaire appliances. High ceilings and an open layout give a real feeling of space, while a cluster of wall paintings adds style. Use supplied cruiser bikes to explore Long Beach area or relax with your favorite shows on the Roku TV. Our modern home has been thoughtfully designed to deliver modern conveniences and comfort while maintaining the style and spirit of home! This space can sleep up to 2 comfortably and a futon for 2 additional guests. We have BIKES, a TV, a gourmet kitchen with stainless Frigidaire appliances and laundry room. You will have the entire space for you and your guests! This home has it’s own Private entrance! There is free street parking in front of the house (never had an issue getting parking)! Jump on the cruiser bikes to begin exploring, with the beach less than 2 miles away. Downtown Long Beach is not much further, and is known for its sports bars. Sights such as Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, and Hollywood are also within easy reach. Long Beach Retreat

Beautiful Spanish style home with roof top deck, centrally located in Long Beach. Walking distance to restaurants and shops on retro row, a stones throw to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to Belmont shore and downtown. Our home has kept its old style charm but has all the modern amenities you need. Central AC, washer dryer, & stocked kitchen. We also have beach towels & beach chairs. For families w/ children we can supply a Pack & Play, booster seat, toys, mama roo, and baby brezza.

Stylish Apt. Beach/Downtown/ & Convention Center

The apartment is pet friendly and a cozy 700sf. The apartment is a part of a 4 unit house that has a nice sunroom and a landscaped yard. It includes a full kitchen with breakfast table. The couch in the living room converts into a queen size bed. The apartment is a 10 minutes walk to the center of downtown and a 20 minutes walk to the beach, marina, and convention center. Parking is in the drive way, please it is very IMPORTANT to pull all the way forward in the drive way.
