Take a break and unwind at this peaceful private oasis. Cute guesthouse hidden in back of the main house with a separate entrance. Near Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills, Torrance Beach, Lomita and 10 minutes to Redondo Beach and 15 minutes to Redondo pier. 35 minutes from LAX. Spacious private kitchen.(no oven.) No cats allowed (too much fur.) Stovetop, microwave over, toaster even provide. and free coffee! Indoor and outdoor eating area. Outdoor patio is shared with one other unit but quit.

Air fryer, coffee maker, washer dryer. Enjoy the soaking tub and relax with candles, lighted mirrors, defogger and blue tooth speaker. Large closet. Short ride to beaches and all LA attractions are 30/45 minutes. Walk to cafes and parks. Sit in your private courtyard around the fire and/or dine outside.
