Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the island of Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette ... but also restaurants just around the corner. If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!

My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers and professionals. It is quiet and overlooks an inner courtyard. For new travelers, welcome! From this peaceful and central accommodation, you can enjoy walks along the banks of the Loire, walk along the unmissable Ancenis bridge, stroll in the castle park and why not walk to the guinguette in summer. The house, distributed in duplex, can accommodate up to 6 travelers in its 2 bedrooms and its sofa bed in the living room.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.
