The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

In a high-end atmosphere, heady, without vis-à-vis, in the middle of the forest and 2 minutes from the city center! 200 m2 of dwelling with fiber, 4.000 m2 of park, heated pool, 3 bathrooms, 3 wc , 1 hot and cold outdoor shower, 230 m2 of equipped terrace. A meditation room with or without service is also at your disposal!

The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, a few steps from the Public Garden, right in the center. The house is arranged on 3 floors. Guests can enjoy a terrace with Jacuzzi (until 10pm maximum). Private parking on the ground floor that can accommodate several cars is available, by reservation only, at the rate of €15/day/car. The geographical location is ideal: you can discover most of the city on foot. Occupancy is 10 people maximum.
