In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates 4 people maximum (children from 5 years old) in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Parties strictly forbidden. It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in an attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; Access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to the 12.50 m x 4 m heated indoor shared pool. 8am to 10pm. Preferably RESAS for the week during school holidays.

Ideal for two people who want peace and quiet while being close to the beach (12 min/walking), the city center (18 min/walking), shops (10 min/walking). Available: pool and two bikes. Flexibility of dates, don't hesitate to call me. The rate can be adjusted based on the number of rental days.
