Situé à quelques pas des quais de Sarthe, vous pourrez facilement accéder aux premières attractions touristiques locales lors de votre première balade.

Ground floor bedroom

You see the green space of the condominium and guess a park on the left: nature close to the city center. You can stroll, rest or run by the river. A very quiet area 5 minutes' walk to the train station and tram, 15 minutes' walk to the city center, essential shops 2 minutes' walk. You can access the 24-hour circuit by tram: Marie Marvingt Stadium stop (30 minutes) or on foot (5 km). When you leave the SNCF train station on the south side, head towards Saint Bertrand Church.
