Close to Le Mans, the place is ideal for a family with children, a couple of friends, business trips or a stopover on the way to vacation: 10 min from A11 exit, 20 min from 24-hour circuit, 45 min from Laval, 4.5 hours from Calais. Secure parking on the property. You can also enjoy the outdoors - garden terrace - weather permitting.

This air-conditioned guest room (independent entrance, private accommodation) located in a historic setting will amaze you. Hélène offers in her fully renovated 18th century house with views of the garden countryside surrounded by nature close to the forest, a bright south facing room with a shower room with private wc a second bedroom is possible same conditions, see listing room panoramic view... This room is not suitable for children of any age. I'm sorry that I can no longer welcome our 4-legged companions, the non-respect of some penalises everyone.

La Simonnière Farm

Our guest room is in our 16th century house.
