Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. With the forest and meadows right nearby. Here you can hear the rooster crow, birds chirping and sometimes even the cows. If you're lucky, you'll see eagles in the sky. Close to swimming lakes, Loftahammar, Gamleby, Västervik, about an hour to Astrid Lindgren's World, Kolmården about 1 1/2 hours. The cottage is beautifully located between two small farms. There's also a small playhouse on the property. Also an outhouse if you want to use it. In the kitchen there is an iron stove and in the room a pipe stove.

In this accommodation, you will have the opportunity to relax! The cottage is about 250 meters from the Baltic Sea where there is a boat that is included in the rent, there is also a sauna raft for lovely summer evenings! It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sauna raft, you can drive almost all the way. It is about 7 km to the community of Loftahammar where there is an ICA supermarket, restaurants, golf course, outdoor gym, and more. 500 m away from the cottage is Hallmare camping where there is a beach and a small shop, mini golf and more.

It is possible to sleep 4 people if there are 2 children. It is only a few 100 meters to a very nice swimming spot in the Syrsan bay. There is exercise equipment, etc. Close to Västervik Loftahammar Vimmerby, Norrköping, Söderköping and Linköping You can get out into Tjust archipelago with boats from Västervik and Loftahammar It is about 65 km to Astrid Lindgren's World. In a few minutes you reach Gamlebyviken for a lovely morning walk. A newly built small house of 25m2 with bathroom, kitchen & bedroom. Open-plan with double bed. Our garden house is a newly renovated accomodation located close to baths, golf and nature with walking distance to the town centre-approximately 10-15 minutes. The house is equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven and a microwave oven and all the kitchen utensils you might need. During the summer months you also have access to a barbecue. One bathroom with toilet and a shower cubicle. There are 5 beds; one king size bed, one bunk bed and one sofa bed. We wish you very welcome!

In Västervik's archipelago is beautiful Gränsö, which is a peninsula and a nature reserve located about 5 km from the center of Västervik. Västervik became the summer city of the year in 2020. On a unique waterfront plot in one of Gränsö's best locations, we rent out our fresh 56 sqm cottage, from 2013. The cottage has 2 bedrooms + sleeping loft, kitchen and living room in an open plan with a fireplace. The cottage sleeps a total of 5 people. Toilet with shower and washing machine.

Kuddar, täcken, sängkläder och handdukar ingår i priset. Gästerna bäddar själva. Självklart finns Tv, Wi-Fi och Bluetooth högtalare. Cyklar finns att låna, det är bara ca 10 min till Västervik Resort och ca 15 minuter till centrum. OBS! Huset har byggts ut 2025 för att få till ett ordentligt sovrum.

Cozy little cottage in Loftahammar

Cozy little cabin in the owner's yard. Shared bathroom/kitchen and private toilet/sink in the owner's house. The stuga is located along the forest side of the village and therefore fairly quiet. Parking is free next to the stuga. Family with 2 children (2 and 7) live in the main house, but are generally going to school and work all day long. Loftahammar is a very touristic place with various activities. Boat rental and bicycle rental is possible.
