My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

It is not for nothing that the opening sequence of "Sound of Music" was shot here... bathroom, kitchen high quality and new, amenities cozy and traditional. Suitable for families with children or a family with grandparents. Note: 2 beds are cribs (185 x 855), one bedroom is a passageway. Chickens, sheep, cats, bullerbü on the mountains!

The ski/hiking bus stop to the Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ski resort is only a few minutes' walk away. The train station is about 10 minutes' walk from the house....The toboggan run and village cross-country ski run are illuminated. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.
