The Stable is one of our newly built luxury lodges. 2 bedrooms,shower & toilet,fully equipped kitchen & lounge. Each lodge has its own private hot tub, balcony & barbecue area set amongst some of the most beautiful countryside in Highland Perthshire. Parking for 2-3 vehicles We welcome well behaved dogs ( max2) by arrangement only ,we ask that you keep them on a lead when out and about ,they are not permitted on the furniture. There are many lovely walks for those who like to get out and about.

The Warren

The Warren is a luxurious underground cave house, located in a secluded hillside on the north side of Loch Tay. Built in true hobbit style with oodles of character, it is set in the hillside with grass roof and exterior, huge circular porthole windows and magnificent curved doors! Access to the house is over a little wooden bridge across a bubbling stream and it has a private hot tub outside set into the spacious patio overlooking the river pond & private garden. The cottage was built around 1890 to house the Ploughman for Goatfield Farm, and has been extensively remodelled to create a unique getaway.
