The Su Murcone cottage is located in BAUNEI, a village on a beautiful hill in the province of Ogliastra, in Sardinia. The municipality of Baunei, despite being in the mountains, is very close to the sea. In fact, just 6 km from the village is one of the most beautiful places in Sardinia, PEDRA LONGA, with a beautiful sea surrounded by real mountains, emerald green water and inviting depths for lovers of snorkeling, swimming or underwater fishing. A few kilometers away, just 10 km away, there is the hamlet of Baunei al mare, Santa Maria Navarrese, the summer residence of the inhabitants of Baunei and also a tourist destination for those who love the sea. A spiral staircase leads up to the beautiful terrace overlooking the valley and the surrounding old roofs. On a sunny day, in all seasons, eating on this terrace is a real pleasure, surrounded by a beautiful view and the typical sounds of the village and nature at the same time. The house is equipped with everything, cozy and well furnished, the cost is really low and competitive with seaside residences.

L'appartamento é composto: da una cucina completa, un bagno completo di sanitari (wc,bidet) e doccia, una camera matrimoniale con vista panoramica ed un comodo divano letto situato in cucina nel caso si fosse in 3 ospiti. Vi é anche un'ampia terrazza con tettoia che fa da attico alla pallazzina storica, con vista sulla piazza principale del paese. l'appartamento si trova al quarto piano (senza ascensore)nell’appartamento troverete tv, lavatrice,stendino e uno split.

Romantic Dommu

Wonderful house in a typical Sardinian style, decorated with soul and love. The house lives the charm of ancient and natural elements such as stone and wood that constitute the dominant elements in structure and in furniture. Great for a couple or a small family of three. The house equipped with everything for comfortable rest. I suggest to my guests to rent a small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.
