'Ysgol Jos Bach' overlooks the Harbour. Dating from the early 19th Century this little school house has been cleverly converted into a lovely spacious modern holiday home. Accommodation is on 3 levels (Lower Ground, Ground and Gallery), and has a full length balcony with southerly views of the harbour, Highland Railway, Menai Straits and Caernarfon Castle. The spacious living room is comfortably furnished with contemporary furniture, a wood burning stove, and large galleried bedroom above.

Cwtyn is a detached,stone built former swill house,used to prepare pig feed in the 19th century. It has been converted into a cosy self-catering cottage whilst retaining the original stone fireplace and slate hearth. It is now an open-plan space,compact and practical, with bathroom, kitchen, log burner,TV and Wi-Fi. Outdoors there is an enclosed space,slate patio,seating,fantastic views and private parking. The Barn boasts many features such as stone walls, vaulted ceilings, wood burner and it is detached. It has its own parking and sleeps a maximum of 6 Guests, including children and infants. We live adjacent to Ty Godro, but is private and quiet. Caernarfon is 2 miles away with its castle. The mountains of Snowdonia are 6 miles away.

Based on the doorstep of Snowdonia National Park , sited on our 7 1/2 acre smallholding, Fron Cabin, being 2 bedrooms, bedroom one with a kingsize bed and bedroom with twin beds, complete with hot tub, is a great base for relaxing and exploring North Wales and meeting our alpacas. Only 15 mins from the nearest beach, with Portmadog, Criccieth and Pwllheli within easy reach. Just 5 miles from the historic town of Caernarfon and 30 mins to Bangor. A great area for walking and exploring.

This is a very special place with views over the picturesque Llyn Peninsular which will take your breath away. With landscaped grounds and a lake to walk around, or sit beside and watch the wildlife. Within easy reach of Snowdonia, for amazing walks, the various other attractions, as well as wonderful Welsh beaches, historic houses and castles. You couldn't really ask for much more!
