Riverside guest suite on the lower level of our 4 storey house in the heart of Llanfairfechan offering a double bedroom, dining / sitting room with en suite private bathroom and courtyard garden, tea/coffee making, flat screen TV, microwave, fridge, iron and home comforts including two seater sofa. There’s two general stores and takeaways a couple of minutes walk, the mainline railway station is a 10 minute stroll. Breakfast is cereal, toast, tea/coffee and a cooked light breakfast.

It's a great base to explore the beautiful Conwy Valley, the mountains of Snowdonia and North Wales’ coast. Great for couples and well behaved dogs are very welcome

Our garden studio is ideal for couples or solo stays. Walk to the beach and explore Eryri from your own peaceful annexe with private entrance. At the base of the Carneddau, step straight onto the Pilgrims Way for walking and adventure. Swim, surf or hike — all close by.
