Apartment with ski-in location and all amenities in central Ramundberget. Free access to a charging station for the duration of your stay. Here, you live close to everything. The slopes, Lill-ramis, Lanthandeln, Restaurants and the cross-country trails are within walking distance. The nearest lift is about 200 meters away. In the summer, hiking and biking trails are available nearby. Ramundberget also offers down hill riding with mountain biking as well as a golf course. Ljusnan where you can take a refreshing swim is about 200 meters from the apartment.

Charming log cabin in the heart of Funäsdalen

Stay in a newly renovated log cabin on our farm in Funäsdalen. Here, cows or horses graze next to the cottage in the summer. With 500 meters to Eriksgårdens Fjällhotell and 800 meters to Coop, there are restaurants, food and entertainment within walking distance. The cross-country ski trail passes over the plot and directly from the yard you can get out on nice snowmobile trails. The charming cottage is 24 sqm and includes a fresh hall, bathroom and large living room with kitchen, wood stove and 120 cm bed and sofa bed. Accommodation is limited to 2 people.

The cabin by Storån

A warm welcome to this unique and quiet accommodation right by Storån. A wonderful place for nature lovers. There is a private jetty for the bathing enthusiast. There is also a fireplace by the river where you can barbecue and enjoy the view. The accommodation consists of a small log cabin which, despite its size, has most amenities. If you're lucky, you can see the otter catching fish while you're having breakfast. Storån is a popular place for fly fishing. A five-minute walk from the cottage, you have a large, nice sandy beach at Ottsjön.

You live undisturbed on a beautiful natural plot near the mountain. Ski along the trail, directly from the cabin. Our timbered cottage has a wood-burning stove and rustic mountain feel. There are two bedrooms and a cozy living room with a total of 6 beds. Close to hiking trails, ski trails, downhill skiing, swimming and fishing! Shops, restaurants and services can be found down in Ljungdalens village.

In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Here, you can stay within walking distance to most things. A stone's throw from the cottage is the grocery store, the restaurant (see website for opening hours), the ski slope and the river Ljungan. There is something for everyone in all seasons. Downhill skiing (see the respective facility's website for opening hours), cross-country skiing, fishing and hiking. Newly-built apartment near the slopes

This 80 sqm apartment is less than 200 m from the Röstberg lift and the cross-country trails go outside the door. In summer, you can take the bike to the bike trails directly from the apartment. 5-10 minutes' walk down to the village. Family beds in the two smaller bedrooms allow you to accommodate up to eight people. Spacious storage for skis etc. and a sauna are also available. Fully equipped. Bed linens and towels can be rented. If necessary, we can help with paperwork upon arrival, etc. Of course, the dog can come along!

Lillstugan

Lillstugan is located in a quiet and rural location on a farm. The cottage is located next to meadows, and after a short walk you are down by Ljusnan, which invites you to fish, swim and paddle a canoe. In winter, the cottage is suitable for starting out on both cross-country skis and snowmobiles, trails are close to the cottage. Lillstugan is 38 sqm and includes a combined kitchen and living room with a sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed and a small room with a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet.

Small cozy cottage in Storsjö Kapell.

Small cottage of 22 sqm, about 30 meters from Storsjön beach. Located at the end of the road and no permanent neighbors. TV, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, small oven, coffee maker, kettle, induction plate, and fully equipped kitchen. No incoming water, but you can get it in the lake or in the basement of the neighboring house. Stove and access to firewood available. No direct drain but you can pour water into the sink Outhouse/outdoor toilet.
