On the fully fenced terrace (150m2) with pool area you can relax and sunbathe while in the evening you can prepare delicious meals for your loved ones at the outdoor barbecue. This stylishly furnished apartment is located in the peaceful area of the small resort of Ližnjan, where there are many hidden natural beaches. In a few minutes drive you reach the well known tourist resort Medulin.

This apartment has a living room with sofa and double fold-down bed, dining area with kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, two private bathrooms and a balcony furnished with table and chairs . All apartments, served by a lift, have a fully equipped kitchen, kitchen cleaning kit , bed linen (changed every 7 days) and towels (changed every 2 days), blankets and pillows, LCD TV, telephone, safe, clothesline, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Apartman Lamalu 1 nalazi se u novoizgrađenoj obiteljskoj kući u Ližnjanu, mjestu 10 km udaljenom od Pule. Lamalu 1 se sastoji od zasebnog ulaza , kuhinje s balgovaonicom, tri spavače sobe , te dvije kupaonice , jednim natkrivenim i jednim otvorenim balkonom. Kuća je okružena privatnom okučnicom, u kojoj se nalazi zajednički roštilj. U blizini apartmana nalaze se ljekarna , pošta , bankomat, autobusno stajalište , te restorani i kafići. Najbliža plaža udaljena je samo 1,5 km od apartmana.

In the immediate vicinity there are cafes, restaurants, shops, a promenade and the strict city center with the main street leading to the most famous city square of the Forum. The sea is a few hundred meters from the apartment, but the first beaches are about 2700m away The airport is 10 km away from the accommodation.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Villa Bella is a beautiful 5-bedroom villa located only 12 km from the city of Pula, and 800 m from the sea. Guests can enjoy a large 47 m2 pool, perfect for refreshing swims on sunny days, as well as a hot tub for ultimate relaxation.
