We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

We are hosting for a minimum of 3 nights. 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Downtown Alvin Texas. 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds (+under bed) and a sofa bed. Washer and drier in the apartment. Full kitchen and living room. Cable and high speed internet. Plenty of space to park in front of apartment. The property surrounded by tall trees in a quiet street.
