It consists of a room, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Hot water is available 24 hours a day and the power supply is with renewable sources of electricity. On the terrace there is an oven and gas stoves for cooking. There is a barbecue grill and a traditional wood oven. The house is the only one on the property.

Public transportation to the airport, beaches, center of Thessaloniki. There are many close by beaches that you can go swimming (10-15 min by bus). There is a super market in 10 minutes walking distance from the house! The room has a double bed and a sofa-bed.

The cottage is at the back of a larger house but has its own private garden. Single room with large kitchen, bathroom, double bed and sofas that become beds.
