The apartment is part of a family house with a large garden. Suitable especially for families with children. Located in a quieter part of the village, it is about 300m to the center. The house is protected from the north by a rock massif called the Pantheon, where there is a chapel and the ruins of Vranov Castle. Everything can be seen directly from the garden. In the garden there is also a roofed pergola with a grill in the middle, a playground, a trampoline, a magic show and swings. Possibility of parking behind the fence. The original cottage was in a state where we had to decide "to demolish or to preserve"? In the end, the more demanding option won - to preserve the cottage, its features and character and adapt it to family use. We like imperfections and it makes the cottage completely different from new buildings. Children will love the cozy sleeping area under the roof, while adults will love the glazed veranda.

We are located in a picturesque and wild environment of a foothill village in the north of Bohemia. We are quite high, so from the meadow behind the barn we can see the Krkonoše and Jizera Mountains.
