We are natives, we know the village and the surroundings as few do. We are happy to advise. You can explore the old mining monuments, nature. We provide parking, massage, bicycles, sledges. We have playgrounds here. We breed rams, fish and cats. Even the little ones will enjoy themselves. There is a fireplace, gazebo, meadow. In winter, you start and end cross-country skiing and ski touring right next to the house.

The two-level house Świdrowa Chata has 160 m2 and offers 4 double bedrooms, modern bathrooms with a shower, a large cozy living room with an electric fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining room. The interior design of the cottage has been carefully prepared. It is a perfect place for families with children and groups of friends. We offer accommodation for up to 11 people, providing sufficient privacy and comfort for everyone. A Jacuzzi with hydromassage is available on the terrace.

Kornilowiczowka – a house in the Tatra mountains

It is one of the oldest houses in Zakopane that we have refurbished recently. The past and now have been matched in a warm and welcoming style. You still can smell an old wood. The porch view extends to a garden and Kasprowy Wierch peak with Giewont peak looming in the background. The garden are ancient trees that allure to walks and further towards the edge of Tatra’s National Park. Completely renovated in 2025, it offers modern accommodation just 400 m from the Nová hoľa ski slope. Smrekowa Ostoja is a complex of 3 cottages, whose modern architecture impresses with its unusual appearance, and thanks to the impressive glazing, it also allows you to enjoy the view of the surrounding nature. The cottages are located in a quiet and atmospheric part of Poronin called Jesionkówka. They were built on a spacious plot, which is a great advantage for guests - it allows you to relax outdoors and have constant access to a private garden throughout your stay!

Wooden Lavender

A modern, carefully renovated wooden cottage on the edge of the village offers a peaceful setting with views of the Low, High and Western Tatras. The original wooden house has been sensitively extended and fitted with modern amenities, combining traditional rural charm with comfort. The cottage comfortably accommodates five guests in proper beds. It’s an ideal choice for a holiday full of hiking, skiing, or relaxing in thermal waters, all within a 30-minute drive.

Cottage Traganek is located in a quiet part of Podhale with a beautiful view of the Tatras. The cottage consists of a living room with a sofa, TV and an exit to the terrace, a kitchen equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. The cottage has two bedrooms with balconies and a TV. There's a bathroom on every floor. WIFI internet, washing machine, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, mop and first aid kit are available.

The Cottage under Kriváň with HOT TUB & SAUNA

The village VÝCHODNÁ (*V) is an amazing place under High Tatras, a very good starting point for sightseeing, mountain and cycling tours. It is located in the middle between the towns of LIPTOVSKÝ MIKULÁŠ (from V. 25 km) and POPRAD (from V. 30 km). The village has almost the largest land area in Slovakia (19,350 ha) and the land area also includes the SYMBOL OF SLOVAKIA KRIVÁŇ (2,494 m above sea level), after which the accommodation is named.
