The penthouse apartment has been lovingly renovated by us and converted into your personal urban jungle by means of numerous green plants. The apartment is on the 5th floor (with elevator) and extends over the entire attic (85 sqm) + 2 separately accessible balconies (partly covered). You can enjoy the unobstructed view from the spacious balconies without neighbors or disturbing insight.

Loving holiday mechanic apartment near Linz. We live in a very rural area, but only 9 km from the capital Linz. Our apartment is perfectly located for transit travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube bike path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is assured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/ day Erw. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis was placed on child-friendliness.
