There is a cute kitchen for your needs. The bathroom shower has field stone walls with a toasty heated pebble floor. Warm weather will have you outside enjoying the rock water feature surrounded by wisteria vines.

The coffee bar and patio area are shared spaces. Outside you will enjoy a beautiful fenced in area with comfy patio furniture and big screen TV. There is a grill available as well.

The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.
