Cozy family cottage in scenic surroundings. Walking distance to Lake Sommen with swimming areas and marina. There are also lovely walking paths. Nearby there is a soccer field and volleyball court. Right next to the cottage, there are both sheep and cow pastures and a large plot with space for activity. There is a possibility to rent a boat and fish. During the fall, there are nice mushroom fields in the nearby area. During the winter, there is usually access to a child-friendly ski slope and cross-country trails. It's about 10 kilometers to the facility.

The cottage has a large garden with fresh vegetables, meadow and a lot of flowers. The forest is adjacent and is very rich in birdlife, blueberries and mushrooms. The plot is located on a hill and you can cycle to the sea in 15min. Grocery store is 4km away. You can also easily get to Norrköping, Söderköping and Kolmården zoo by car. This is my summer home but if you are more than two you will have the entire cottage to yourselves, otherwise it can also be done by arrangement. Welcome!

Welcome to Sörgården and our horse farm! Enjoy all four seasons from the top floor, with a stunning view of Lake Bottensjön to the west. This modern house from 2022 offers 45 sqm of living space. The apartment shares the building with two other units. Perfect for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. One bed is a sofa bed, which may not suit two adults. Feel free to book our floating sauna on the lake – 500 SEK per session. Relax and enjoy the unique tranquility by the water!
