Sweet farm cottage, Ide Hill, Hever, Edenbridge

Puncheur Place is a semi-detached cottage on a private Estate in the middle of cycling country at the foot of Ide Hill nr Hever. It is quiet yet accessible to dozens of pubs/golf. The garden is west facing and large. Perfect for outdoor picnics. The cottage is not huge, but cozy. Many footpaths. This is Tudor County so many period properties and pubs nearby. Indeed our Estate was once owned by Thomas Boleyn, then Mary Boleyn after the beheading of her sister Anne in 1533. #puncheurplace

*Substantially reduced rates due to recent building work to main house. No noise disruption but landscaping works can be seen and upper garden out of use* Outstanding accommodation. Beautiful 15th century converted barn separate from main house nestling in rural countryside in Chiddingstone. Close to fabulous country pubs & gorgeous castles. Pub 3 mins walk (check opening hrs). Usually a min of two nights peak season. Early check in/late check out requests will try to be met.

A lovely bungalow situated in a quiet cul-de-sac off a private road making it virtually traffic free. Just a 5 minute stroll down the lane is the picturesque Hedgecourt Lake. East Grinstead railway station, with regular trains to London and home of the historic Bluebell Railway is less than 10 minutes away in the car or you can catch a bus there from the main road. The lovely Sussex coast is less than an hour by car or you can catch a train from nearby Three Bridges station.

Cosy bespoke cabin set on the edge of woodland. Nicely secluded without being off the beaten track. The ideal getaway for a romantic break, some country magic - nights by the fire and woodland walks. Snuggle up with a blanket around the fire pit, or relax inside by the wood-burner with a good book. WiFi is also available. The area is fully fenced around the Bothy for your dog’s safety should you wish to bring your four legged friend.
