Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

Welcome to Backgläntan 8 – a modern apartment in Kungsberget with everything you need! Enjoy a sauna, ethanol fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and furnished roof terrace with barbecue & fantastic views all year round. Two bedrooms with a total of 6 beds: one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed and a sofa bed for two in the living room. The apartment has fiber internet and plenty of games for the whole family. Unique lakeside location and secluded accommodation by a beautiful swimming lake! The house has a spacious sunroom with beautiful views of the lake and the large lawn. A newly renovated bathroom makes the stay comfortable along with airy furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary kitchen utensils and space for six people. Furuviksparken with animals & amusement park is 40 minutes by car. Kungsberget & Högbo ski area is only 35 minutes away (34 km), 12 km to Ockebo C with shops, restaurants, café and beautiful Wij gardens.

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

Newly built villa in a scenic area close to water and nature. The kitchen is modern in design and fully equipped. The house has a wooden deck of 110 m3 that stretches around the house. A gas grill is available. Large associated parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the premises. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Well-preserved cottage next to Långrösten, Långbo

Welcome to the nature-loving "Stånganäs" next to Lake Långrösten in Hälsingland. A perfect place for relaxation. Here you will find a private jetty, a small beach for swimming and good opportunities for outdoor cooking. Rowboat/outboard motor is available to use and a private parking is right next to the house. There is no running water. We fill up water before check-in and it can be easily picked up at a nearby water source. The toilet is equipped with a new incineration toilet.

Forget everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful villa with hot tub with lake view on one side and beautiful forest on the other. Cozy cottage in basement located in lush garden with fruit trees. The upper floor has an open floor plan with kitchen and living room with sofa bed. There is also a toilet with a combined washer and dryer. Bedroom in the basement, one flight down, with shower and sauna and with exit to large balcony with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.

Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna bath. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. A big modern kitchen and a living room with a lot's of space. The house is close to Järvsö, the Bike Park and Järvzoo.
