THE feel-good apartment in the countryside! 2 rooms, close to nature

Our 2-room feel-good apartment with separate entrance is excellent for 2 guests with child: vacationers, business travelers, course participants or even just for relaxing... Approximately 35 square meters in the souterrain of our home are lovingly modern and cozily styled with floor-to-ceiling windows to the terrace in the countryside. Wi-Fi is free of charge! Please note: No smoking in the apartment!!! This also applies to e-cigarettes (vaping), etc. With S4 to Hannover Hbf: only 26 min./to the Messebahnhof- Laatzen: only 35 min.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne Dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Wir bieten eine in 2023 renovierte Einliegerwohnung(50qm) in unserem Haus für Kurzaufenthalte an. Hope liegt in der Südheide, idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Hannover(30min), Bremen (1h) und Hamburg (1,5h) - ebenso liegen in der Nähe der Serengetipark Hodenhagen, Vogelpark Walsrode und Heidepark Soltau. Unser Grundstück befindet sich unmittelbar am Waldrand, tolle Spaziergänge in der Natur bieten sich an.

Attic apartment completed in August 2021 with a quiet location in the center of the village. The living area is open plan and offers a view into the gable. The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

My guest rooms on our former farm are ideal for a short stay to visit the surrounding excursion destinations or for a stopover on the way, also for one night. For an extra charge, we offer a delicious breakfast. The Leine-Heideradweg leads directly past our house, perfect for cyclists, as does the Jakobsweg. Supermarket, bakery and pharmacy are within walking distance. Restaurants are nearby.

Lovely apartment with large garden on the outskirts

The apartment is beautifully located on the southernmost edge of the Lüneburg Heath near the Heath Park, the Safari Park and the World Bird and is located in the attic of my small half-timbered house. There is a large garden with fruit trees, seating areas, sun loungers and hammock. The surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike or boat tours on the Aller and Leine rivers.

Small but nice... retreat time in "Luis'chen"

A super nice 40 sqm non-smoking apartment is waiting for you. Everything is freshly renovated. The fine historical character has been wonderfully preserved. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee and tea, spices, foils, baking dishes. So to speak, your own kitchen equipment can stay at home. There is EVERYTHING you need to live here.
