Guests have their own cozy studio apartment, which is private and located on the ground floor with their own entrance. It does Not include the entire cabin. Has a kitchenette with BBQ outside, not a full kitchen. Christine's Log Cabin is directly across from the Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.

Are you looking for some nature therapy? You'll be nestled in several acres of forest, where you can hear the birds and enjoy the private backyard. The hot tub and campfire* beckon in all seasons, and the heated inground pool is open from mid-June to Labour Day each year. We are dog friendly, but cannot accept other pets due to allergies. With your significant other, family or friends, come cozy up to the fire, soak in the hot tub and enjoy swimming in the spring fed pond. Board games and movies are provided for your entertainment.

Lakeside Guest Suite, on Lake Scugog, Port Perry

WATERFRONT PROPERTY….Enjoy stunning sunsets from the basement walkout guest suite. Take in views from the living room, bedroom (queen bed), or large 34 foot long private patio! The backyard leads directly to the lake including a fire pit for your use. Please note that the natural slope of the yard (40 stairs) may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. While the suite doesn't feature a kitchen, Port Perry is only an 8 min drive and offers many culinary options.

A place to relax in winter in front of the gas stove with a beautiful view of the Otonabee River. In summer enjoy a swim or a paddle on on the river with one of our two kayaks. The kayaks are available between May 1st & October 1st as long as the river conditions are acceptable. Enjoy supper prepared using the fully equipped kitchen overlooking the river. A park like setting but only 5 minutes to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment in downtown Peterborough.
