This unique cottage duplex is our home base for hiking, skiing, and paddling, and we're happy to share it with you! Tucked away on the edge of the village of North Woodstock, our modest retreat is a stones throw from all the excitement the region has to offer. Take a short walk to the nearest swimming hole, explore the National Forest, and be back in time to enjoy dinner on the back deck!

With 2 full baths & 4 bdrms with 5 beds it can comfortably sleep 10. Outside is a large flat backyard, fire pit & 3-hole disc golf. .There is a garage bay full of fun--4 kayaks, volleyball, yard games, 12 bikes, rollerblades, etc. while inside a toy room brims with games & toys, while a Game Room has air hockey, shuffle board, and foosball.

This is a centrally located cottage. Situated in the heart of North Woodstock, the location allows walking to all restaurants, brew pubs and bars. River swimming is available at Cascades Park. Sunrises over the mountains. A relaxing hide away featuring 180 feet of river frontage and a spring fed pond to enjoy. The location provides a perfect hub for all the area activities such as, hiking, skiing, fishing or biking, etc. Town sponsored music across the street Saturdays in July & August.
