To assure safety and security of our guests to we have Surveyance system outside in parking areas and points of access to units.

The top floor is yours in the penthouse of Sweet Haven Nelscott Manor! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen. Host up to 4 with panoramic views of the Pacific coastline, private master suite with 2-person luxury jetted tub, and outdoor hot tub. Pour yourself a glass, and sink into the hot tub to watch the whales breach under the sunset. To ensure the serene atmosphere our adult guests expect, we welcome individuals 18 years older. Four sets of stairs are required to access the penthouse.

King Studio Suite with Deck offers a spectacular panoramic oceanfront view. Deck has two Adirondack chairs and a table to comfortably enjoy whale watching or taking in a beautiful sunrise or sunset. Main room offers a king bed with a 50" flat screen TV, dresser, activity table and chairs. Kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, sink, glassware and utensils. Our Adults Only, South Cape Mirror Cabins contain 1 queen bed & sleeps 2. Each Cabin comes with an ensuite, modern luxury bathroom, heated flooring, heat/AC, blackout shades, wet bar, seating area, fridge, coffee/tea set up and an outdoor patio + fire pit. Beach is a 7-minute walk. NO cooking is available in the unit, restaurants are 5 minutes down the road in Pacific City. Parking is located cabin side. On arrival, please check in with site host first. NO dogs!

Suite #30 is on the 3rd floor of the oceanfront building; it has a balcony and a panoramic view of the ocean and beach through the sliding glass doors. There's a king-size bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room.
